Synergica has since its inception in 1993 been a well respected company in the area of collaboration. Our aim is always to establish long-term customer relationships and we have several customers that we have worked with for many years. It sets high standards for our consultants who are always prepared to support our customers all the way in the projects - from start to finish. There is potential for both variation and sustainable customer relationships, which makes it so fun to be part of the team.

We are constantly working to ensure that our consultants progress in the areas of customer relations, project and technical competence, eg in that we allow for variation in missions and experience exhange among each other.

We have a flat organization in which the community is strong between the consultants. Our office is centrally located on Drottninggatan in Stockholm.

Fredrik works as a consultant, developer and system architect at Synergica since 2004.

Lives: In Sollentuna outside Stockholm with his family.

Qualities: A true all-round consultant and a brilliant developing problem solver. Really in to statistics.

Are you a Domino Developer? We want you!

Synergica is expanding and we are a dozen consulting developers that need strengthening.

We are looking for someone who is an experienced Domino developer (developing for Notes and Web client R6 +) and has experience of consultancy work (on-demand situations, time estimations, requirement specification, etc.).

We would be particularly happy if you also have Java skills, GUI talent, Websphere Portal understanding and experience of system administration.

We offer both in-house work with our products and consultancy work for customer projects. Working on Synergica means a lot of variation, independent work and opportunity for professional development.

We are looking for a Sharepoint/Microsoft expert


Synergica is one of Sweden's leading suppliers of collaboration solutions and related consultancy services. Now we need the strengthening of a Sharepoint and Microsoft Expert.

We are looking for someone with a passion for SharePoint. As an expert with us you will both be consulting with our customers and develop our Team Engine platform based on SharePoint.

Your profile
We are looking for someone who::
  • Feels strongly about working as a consultant / product developer, is a positive, outgoing and driven team player who wants to work with people, technology and business.
  • Has extensive experience in Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server and WSS 3.0 and earlier versions.
  • Has extensive experience in Microsoft. NET Framework and Visual Studio. NET (C #, VB, ASP.NET) and SQL Server.
  • Has a university degree.
